Trainee sales trader programme

MFM is looking to recruit a number of Trainee Sales Traders to join our Options Trading teams this year. The intensive programme is an educational base for our trainee sales traders. The programme, which runs for an 18 month period, covers the markets in which MFM operates and fundamental Options theory. The Trainee Sales Traders work closely with senior traders learning how to use our bespoke trading models and systems, and assisting the sales traders on a day-to-day basis.

Keeping our skills honed

Our renowned in-house programme allows trainees to begin their career in MFM gaining immediate exposure to our business. In addition to participating in a rigorous syllabus of theory classes, trainees attend regular mock floor-trading sessions. The programme is aimed at developing our strategies and philosophies using proprietary models.
